Rachel Wolfe Brodsky, LMT
Holistic Health Practitioner

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to personal evolution and embodied living. I am devoted to the healing that becomes possible when we create space to connect with our core essence. I love supporting others in opening into a fuller range of their potential, and in discovering more freedom, joy, and aliveness from within.

As part of my own inner work, I studied Kundalini Dance in Bali with Leyolah Antara, and trained in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent. I am expanding in these areas of healing through the body with certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and a personal transformation journey through the Inka Medicine Wheel.

My formal education began with a degree in Child Development and Psychology, and many years working with children and families.

A growing love for movement and mindfulness led me to India, where I became certified as a Yoga Instructor and sat my first Vipassana meditation course.

With a desire to immerse myself in nature and studies, I enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Heartwood Institute in the coastal mountains of Northern California, where I studied nutritional healing, and a wide spectrum of bodywork and movement therapies.

After the following year of deepening my practice in Montana, I returned to Oregon and discovered Breema®—a profound practice that continues to be the heart of my work. Since 2015, I’ve co-facilitated Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest.
