Rachel Wolfe Brodsky, LMT
Holistic Health Practitioner

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to personal evolution and embodied living. I am devoted to the healing that becomes possible when we create space to connect with our core essence. I love supporting others in opening into the full range of their potential, and in discovering more freedom, joy, and aliveness from within.

As part of my own inner work and my calling to support women, I studied Kundalini Dance in Bali with Leyolah Antara, and trained in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent. I am expanding in these areas of healing through the body with certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and a personal transformation journey through the Inka Medicine Wheel.

My formal education began with a degree in Child Development and Psychology, and many years working with children and families.

A growing love for movement and mindfulness led me to India, where I became certified as a Yoga Instructor and sat my first Vipassana meditation course.

With a desire to immerse myself in nature and studies, I enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Heartwood Institute in the coastal mountains of Northern California, where I studied nutritional healing, and a wide spectrum of bodywork and movement therapies.

After the following year of deepening my practice in Montana, I returned to Oregon and discovered Breema®—a profound practice that continues to be the heart of my work. Since 2015, I’ve co-facilitated Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest.
