Therapeutic Massage

Massage sessions are grounding and restorative—equally therapeutic as they are blissfully relaxing. I blend Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques in a slow, attentive style that calms the nervous system, unwinds long-held tension, and supports overall wellbeing. My approach is trauma-informed and highly attuned to each clients needs. My focus is nurturing vitality with deep presence, and helping clients feel lighter, freer, and more connected to themselves.

Holistic Pelvic Care

Developed by woman's health physical therapist, Tami Lynn Kent, Holistic Pelvic Care uses physical and energetic tools designed to resolve patterns of congestion, enhance vibrant flow, and restore presence in the creative center.

Initial sessions include a fully clothed Breema and pelvic care treatment on a padded rug, along with a thorough intake and overview, with time to clarify questions.

Following sessions may include intervaginal massage of the pelvic floor muscles and energy work through the fascia. Internal massage is always done with each persons comfort and timing, and with the continued option to work externally and energetically.

I welcome nonbianary people and people of all genders, with any variation of pelvic anatomy.

Breema supports you when you’re:

• Stressed or anxious
• Overwhelmed
• Experiencing pain or tension
• Facing life challenges
• Wanting a more harmonious life

Breema is a living practice that supports the integration of body, mind, and feelings through both

bodywork and Self-Breema exercises. Receiving Breema provides a strong experience of safety and

well-being, and a tangible feeling of physical, mental, and emotional relief.
Common experiences include lessened pain, increased flexibility, decreased anxiety and worry, and

more energy.

Breema is a registered service mark of the Breema Center

Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy

Somatic therapy offers a gentle, body-centered way to release what’s been held and restore a deep sense of safety and connection. By slowing down and listening to the body’s signals, we create space for trauma imprints to be transformed.

This approach is unique in that it doesn’t rely on talking about the past. Instead, it works directly with the nervous system, helping you move beyond old patterns and into greater ease, resilience, and wholeness. Somatic therapy honors your body’s innate wisdom and offers a powerful path toward lasting healing.
