Holistic Pelvic Care
Developed by woman's health physical therapist, Tami Lynn Kent, Holistic Pelvic Care uses physical and energetic tools designed to resolve patterns of congestion, enhance vibrant flow, and restore a woman’s presence in her creative center.
Initial Sessions include a thorough intake and overview, with time to clarify questions, along with a short Breema treatment, and a guided grounding/visualization practice.
Following sessions may include intervaginal massage of the pelvic floor muscles and energy work through the fascia. Internal massage is always done with each woman's comfort and timing, and with a continued option to work externally and energetically, with guided practices for self-care in your home.

Breema supports you when you’re:
• Stressed or anxious
• Overwhelmed
• Experiencing pain or tension
• Facing life challenges
• Wanting a more harmonious life
Breema is a living practice that supports the integration of body, mind, and feelings through both
bodywork and Self-Breema exercises. Receiving Breema provides a strong experience of safety and
well-being, and a tangible feeling of physical, mental, and emotional relief.
Common experiences include lessened pain, increased flexibility, decreased anxiety and worry, and
more energy.

Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy
Trauma lives not only in the mind but also in the body. Somatic therapy offers a gentle, body-centered way to release what’s been held and restore a deep sense of safety and connection. By slowing down and listening to the body’s signals, we create space for trauma imprints to be transformed.
This approach is unique in that it doesn’t rely on talking about the past. Instead, it works directly with the nervous system, helping you move beyond old patterns and into greater ease, resilience, and wholeness. Somatic therapy honors your body’s innate wisdom and offers a powerful path toward lasting healing.
